A little over a year later, on November 8th, 2018, California witnessed one of the deadliest wildfires in the United States in over a century, which unfolded in Butte County. This catastrophic event, known as the Camp Fire, consumed 153,336 acres, obliterated nearly 20,000 structures, and resulted in the tragic loss of 85 lives.

Perfected Claims acquired and supported 17,559 total clients. Our case development approach increased Determinations by over $1B, resulting in over $4B in claim determinations to date. Our client retention rate was over 98%. Our holistic approach to case acquisition, case development, and case resolution proved incredibly valuable. 

This success with the contrast of what was happening with national torts and abysmal retention rates that had become the norm became a call to action.
